Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to arrange for an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.

If you have changed your mind about your Pessoa bag, you can return it to us within 5 days of delivery.
