Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to arrange for an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.

Returns
If you have changed your mind about your Pessoa bag, you can return it to us within 5 days of delivery.
Please note that buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage. To initiate a return, please contact us and we will provide you with the necessary instructions.
